Counter-Notice Procedure


If you believe that the material you posted on TheBuzzWerks.com was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, a counter-notice must include the following information:




  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original complaining party does not file a court action against you within 10 business days, we will restore the removed or disabled material.


Repeat Infringers


In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, TheBuzzWerks.com has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at TheBuzzWerks.com's sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. TheBuzzWerks.com may also at its sole discretion limit access to TheBuzzWerks.com and/or terminate the memberships of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
